Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MATE essentials, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
